- Book online or call. Choose your TV model, the problem and a time slot. You get a booking ID immediately.
- We call to confirm. We ask a few questions (blink count, symptoms) so the technician brings the likely parts.
- Diagnosis at your home. The technician tests the power, main, T-con and backlight sections and explains what failed.
- Clear quote, your decision. You get the price before any work starts. No approval, no repair.
- Repair and testing. Most repairs are finished on the spot and tested with you — picture, sound, apps and inputs.

Wall-mounted TV? No problem — mention it when booking so the technician plans the dismount safely.
Visit and diagnosis charges are told to you on the phone before the visit. Repair work starts only after you approve the quote.
